Dearest phantoms.

I would like to firstly thank you all for the support I have had in my run for captain of the phantoms, I would not be in this position if it were not for your outstanding support and for that I thank you all tremendously. I hope that within the coming days I can prove to you that your decision to elect me as captain will not go to waste and that we can win this war against the wretched cobras.

We the phantoms are in a good position, we haven't been on the hyper offensive, but we haven't let the cobras win with propaganda either, we have an amazing base of operations as well as several amazing resources made by the team to help us win this war, I would like to mention some of these now. phantoms.top is a website created by the amazing @Index that you can visit to see information such as our uniform, and our headquarters. I would also like to shout out @Deeco the amazing creator of the phantom island, our current base of operations. There are many other contributions such as the creation of uniforms and propaganda, however if I were to mention them all now this would be pages long, so I wanted to thank some of the biggest contributions so far.

Now, onto the future. We need to start preparing for the fight, and now our best move is to focus on strengthening our cause. I want to start this call to ask for everyone who can to create something to help recruit new phantoms, whether this be advertisements, outfits or anything else you can think of, we want to get new recruits who will fight and help out our cause. While we could join in further and fight back again against the childish bickering sent by the Cobras, for now we should stay low on that aspect and only post propaganda that truly helps our cause, or shows them in a truly bad light.
